Maestro School is hiring "Programming for kids and teens trainer"!
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Proficiency with basic Google docs and/or MS Office
· Experience with most popular webinar solutions: Google Hangouts, Zoom, Go To Webinar
· Excellent communication skills
· Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual
· Able to give and receive feedback effectively · Works hard for the success of others, constantly remains “customer obsessed”
· Demonstrated ability to consistently function at 100% of expectations
· Prior training, teaching or presentation experience is preferred
· Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian is a must and English language preferable ·Programming languages:
Programming for teens trainer - Python, HTML+CSS+Javascript, PHP
Programming for kids trainer - Scratch, Wix, HTML+CSS, Phyton

Trainer Job Summary:
A Trainer provides training sessions for his trainees, gathers and analyzes learning needs and evaluates trainee performance, participates in learning programs development and improvement.

Trainer Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing training services to all Company’s clients according to program requirements and methodological recommendations
· Responsible for safety and corporate rules maintenance by trainees during his classes and during the brakes
· Develops and implements training curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices.
· Conduct trainees’ surveys and interviews · Consults with other trainers, managers and leadership
· Provides individual consultations and support to trainees if required
· Reviews trainees performance and learning
· Provides individual and group feedback to trainees
